The Assembly & Commissioning team is responsible for turning engineered designs into fully operational roll forming machines. They assemble mechanical structures, install drive systems, integrate electrical components, and prepare machines for testing.
During commissioning, the team fine-tunes forming stations, cutting systems, and control parameters using real production materials. Performance is verified against agreed specifications for speed, accuracy, and stability. Any issues are identified and corrected before shipment.
