Yes, absolutely. 100% of our roll forming lines are custom-engineered. You provide the profile drawing (DXF/PDF) with material thickness, yield strength, and tolerances, and our engineering team will design the specific roller passes using COPRA software to ensure perfect geometric accuracy.
Our machines successfully process a wide range of metal coils, including Cold/Hot Rolled Steel, Galvanized Steel (GI, PPGI), High-Strength Steel (up to $G550$ MPa), Aluminum, and Stainless Steel. We adjust the roller material (typically Cr12MoV or D2 steel) and heat treatment based on your material specs.
We control precision through three elements: precise flower design via COPRA, high-precision CNC machining of the rollers, and adjustable straightening mechanisms (turks heads) at the exit. For high-speed lines, we use servo-motor feeding and flying shear systems to keep length tolerance within $\pm 0.5\text{mm}$.
To ensure global maintenance availability and line stability, we standardize on world-class brands: Siemens/Mitsubishi for PLCs and touch screens, Yaskawa/Schneider for frequency inverters, and Yuken for hydraulic valves.
Before dispatch, we run the machine in our Wuxi facility using your required trial coils. We test it at full production speed, measure the output profiles against your drawings, and send you a complete video report. You or a third-party inspector (like SGS) are also welcome to audit the testing live.
Safety and compliance are vital for global factories. Our machines are built with comprehensive safety features including:
Emergency Stop Buttons: Strategically placed at the decoiler, leveling, punching, forming, and shearing stations.
Safety Enclosures: Transparent polycarbonate or wire mesh safety guards covering the rotating roller stations to prevent operator injury.
Sensors & Interlocks: Material end-of-coil sensors, loop control sensors, and hydraulic pressure relief valves to prevent machine overload and automatic shutdown in case of material jams.
