Disinfection Before Delivery
During the pandemic, safe delivery is more important than ever. For overseas customers, a shipment is not only about “sending the machine.” It is also about reducing unnecessary risks in transportation and handling.
At GoalOn Machinery, we continue to ship roll forming machines and production lines on schedule. At the same time, we follow strict prevention procedures. Before loading, we carry out professional disinfecting and spraying for both the truck/container and the machine itself.
Why Disinfection Before Shipment Matters
International logistics includes multiple steps. The container may be handled by different teams. The goods may pass through different ports. The longer the transportation route, the higher the contact frequency.
That is why we add one more layer of safety. We disinfect before shipping to help ensure:
- Safer handling for workers during loading
- Cleaner delivery for customers when opening the container
- Reduced contamination risk during transportation
- More confidence for customers receiving imported equipment
This is part of our responsibility as a roll forming machine manufacturer and exporter.
Disinfecting the Truck/Container Before Loading
Before the machine enters the container, our team disinfects the inner space of the truck carriage or container. We apply spray disinfection to key contact areas, including:
- Container floor and corners
- Side walls and door handles
- High-touch areas around the loading entrance
Only after the disinfection process is finished, we start loading and fixing.
Disinfecting the Machine Before Shipment
We also disinfect the machine surface before packing and loading. This includes:
- Machine frame and covers
- Control cabinet outer surface
- Operating area and touch points
- Packing contact surfaces
After spraying and drying, we continue with export packing. The goal is to keep the machine protected and clean until it reaches the customer.
Export Packing and Shipment Control as Usual
Disinfection does not replace professional packing. It works together with it.
For each shipment, GoalOn Machinery still follows our standard export delivery process:
- Anti-rust protection for key metal parts
- Moisture-proof protection for electrical components
- Strong fixing to prevent movement during transport
- Clear labeling for spare parts and documents
Every step is designed to ensure safe arrival and easier installation.
