Function Of Machines
Uncoiling & Leveling Machine
The integrated uncoiling and leveling unit continuously feeds steel coil into the production line while correcting coil deformation. This provides a flatter and more stable strip before embossing and forming, helping maintain consistent downstream processing.
♦ Embossing Machine
The embossing unit creates the specified surface pattern on the steel strip before roll forming. The embossing roller design is matched to the required plank pattern, providing consistent surface definition while maintaining continuous production.
Guiding Device
The guiding system accurately positions the strip before it enters the forming section. Proper lateral alignment helps reduce material deviation during continuous forming and supports consistent plank geometry throughout long production runs.
♦ Roll Forming Machine
The main forming machine progressively shapes the embossed strip through multiple forming stations. A cast-iron stand provides a rigid foundation, while the gearbox driving system delivers stable power transmission for consistent forming performance.
♦ Flying Hydraulic Cutting Unit
The flying hydraulic cutter moves synchronously with the formed profile during cutting, so the roll forming process does not need to stop. By matching the forming speed, it maintains relative stillness between the cutter and profile for accurate cutting.
Cut-Out Table
The cut-out table receives the finished scaffold planks after cutting and provides a controlled discharge area. Its configuration can be adapted to the required plank length, production speed, and handling method.
