Roll Forming Machine
The roll forming machine uses cast-iron stands and gearbox transmission to ensure stable heavy-duty forming performance. Multiple forming stations gradually shape the steel coil into precise silo panel profiles with reliable dimensional consistency during continuous production.

Flying Hydraulic Punching Unit
The flying hydraulic punching unit performs high-speed tracking punching without stopping production. It creates accurate installation holes directly on the silo panels, significantly reducing manual drilling work and improving assembly efficiency at the installation site.
Curving Machine
The curving machine bends formed silo panels into precise arc shapes required for circular grain silo assembly. Adjustable rollers control the curving radius to ensure smooth panel matching during silo installation.
Safety Designs
Chain covers are installed to protect operators and extend chain service life. Full-machine mesh covers (slidable) provide visibility with safety. Flip-type covers ensure convenient access with enhanced protection.
Safety signs are applied to continuously alert operators.
PLC Control Cabinet & Encoder
In a cold roll forming line, the encoder works with the PLC to provide real-time feedback on material position and speed, ensuring precise feed, synchronized forming, and accurate length control for cutting and punching.
Production speed, product length, and quantity can be set on the control cabinet. The display language can be customized according to customer requirements.

The machine comes standard with a blue main color and orange accents. Other colors can be customized free of charge.
