Roll Forming Machine
The roll forming machine gradually shapes flat coils into precise half round ridge caps through multiple forming stations. Punching & Cutting Device
After roll forming, a hydraulic punch forms strengthening ribs on the ridge cap, followed by hydraulic cutting for accurate length control.
The line uses a stop-to-punch and stop-to-cut system, where the machine pauses during punching and cutting to ensure precision and prevent material movement.
