Function Of Machines
Desbobinador
The decoiler continuously feeds the steel coil into the production line at a controlled speed. Its stable coil unwinding helps maintain smooth material feeding and supports uninterrupted production of long strut channel profiles.
Leveler
The leveler removes coil-set and material deformation before forming. By delivering flatter and more consistent strip material, it helps improve dimensional stability and reduce profile distortion during subsequent punching and roll forming.
♦ Hydraulic Punching Machine
The hydraulic punching unit creates mounting holes according to the specified hole pattern before roll forming. Accurate punching ensures consistent hole positions and helps the finished strut channels meet installation and assembly requirements.
Guiding System
The guiding system aligns the strip accurately before it enters the forming section. Proper material positioning helps maintain profile symmetry, punching alignment, and stable forming results throughout continuous production.
♦ Roll Forming Machine
The roll forming section gradually bends the punched strip into the required strut channel geometry through multiple forming stations. Cast-iron stands and a gearbox driving system provide rigidity and stable power transmission for consistent forming.
♦ Flying Hydraulic Cut
The flying hydraulic cutting unit cuts formed strut channels to the programmed length without stopping the roll forming process. During cutting, the unit synchronizes its movement with the profile, minimizing relative movement and maintaining accurate cut lengths.
