Flying Hydraulic Punch
This production line uses a flying punching system, meaning the roll forming process does not stop during punching.
To avoid deformation caused by material movement, the punching unit synchronizes with forming speed, creating relative static conditions. Hole patterns are fully customized according to client drawings.
Flying Hydraulic Cut
The flying hydraulic cutting system moves synchronously with the formed profile, allowing continuous production without stopping. This ensures clean cutting edges, maintains dimensional accuracy, and significantly improves overall production efficiency for high-volume manufacturing.
Auto Bending Machine
The bending machine performs dual-point forming after cutting, enabling precise angle control and consistent geometry. It eliminates secondary operations, improves production efficiency, and ensures repeatable bending accuracy for thin-walled Z profiles in high-volume manufacturing.
طراحیهای ایمنی
پوشش زنجیر برای محافظت از اپراتورها و افزایش طول عمر زنجیر نصب میشوند. روکشهای توری تمامماشینی (کشویی) دید را با ایمنی فراهم میکند. جلدهای برگشتی دسترسی آسان را با حفاظت تقویتشده تضمین کنید.

کابینت کنترل PLC و انکودر

پیکربندی استاندارد در ... کار میکند. ۱۵–۲۰ متر بر دقیقه. پیکربندیهای ردهبالا میتوانند به ۳۰–۴۰ متر در دقیقه, و حتی سرعتهای بالاتر را میتوان مطابق با نیازهای تولید خاص سفارشیسازی کرد.
زمان تحویل پس از ثبت سفارش بین ۳۰ تا ۵۰ روز متغیر است و به سطح سفارشیسازی و محل تأمینکننده بستگی دارد. ما معمولاً برای دستگاههای استاندارد به ۴۵ روز زمان نیاز داریم.
