Function Of Machines
Uncoiling & Leveling Machine
The integrated uncoiling and leveling unit continuously feeds the steel strip while correcting coil curvature. This helps provide a flatter, more consistent strip for accurate punching and stable subsequent roll forming.
♦ Punch Press
The punch press creates mounting holes and other required patterns before forming. Pre-punching allows hole positions to be controlled accurately according to the strut channel drawing and production requirements.
Guiding System
The guiding system accurately centers and aligns the strip before it enters the forming section. Proper alignment helps reduce material deviation, profile distortion, and dimensional variation during continuous production.

The roll forming section gradually transforms the punched strip into the 41×62 mm strut channel through multiple forming passes. Cast-iron stands and a gearbox-driven system provide stable transmission and consistent forming performance.
♦ Flying Hydraulic Cut

With 76 mm solid shafts, GCr15 rollers, and flying hydraulic cutting, the line processes 1.5–2.5 mm material at 15–20 m/min, with approximately 30 kW total power.
