Function Of Machines
Decoiler & Leveling Machine
The decoiler and leveling machine continuously feeds the steel coil into production while correcting coil curvature. Stable material feeding helps maintain consistent punching positions and forming accuracy throughout the strut channel roll forming machine.
♦ Punching Machine
The punching unit creates mounting holes and other required patterns before roll forming. Punching accuracy is important because hole positions must remain consistent after the flat strip is progressively shaped into the final strut channel profile.
Guiding System
The guiding system aligns the punched strip before it enters the forming section. Proper lateral positioning reduces material deviation and helps maintain dimensional consistency during continuous roll forming.

The roll forming section progressively shapes the flat steel strip through multiple forming stations. Cast-iron stands and a gearbox-driven system provide rigid support and stable transmission for consistent profile forming during continuous production.

The flying hydraulic saw cuts the formed strut channel to the required length without stopping the roll forming process. The cutting unit travels with the moving profile during cutting, minimizing relative movement and maintaining production continuity.
♦ Automatic Stacker
The automatic stacker receives finished strut channels and arranges them into orderly bundles. This reduces manual handling after cutting and makes the profiles easier to move, store, load, and transport.
