Function Of Machines
Decoiler & Leveling Machine
The decoiler and leveling machine continuously feeds the steel coil into production while correcting coil curvature. Stable material feeding helps maintain consistent punching positions and forming accuracy throughout the strut channel roll forming machine.

The punching unit creates mounting holes and other required patterns before roll forming. Punching accuracy is important because hole positions must remain consistent after the flat strip is progressively shaped into the final strut channel profile.
Guiding System
