High-speed hydraulic cut
The flying hydraulic cutting system performs non-stop cutting synchronized with the roll forming machine speed. During cutting, the unit travels together with the profile to maintain stable, accurate cutting length without stopping production.
Safety Designs
Chain covers are installed to protect operators and extend chain service life. Full-machine mesh covers (slidable) provide visibility with safety. Flip-type covers ensure convenient access with enhanced protection.

PLC Control Cabinet & Encoder
