The dual-station roll forming machine uses a wall panel structure with chain transmission, providing stable forming for medium-thickness materials. Separate forming paths for each profile enable quick switching while maintaining dimensional consistency and reliable long-term operation.
Flying Hydraulic Cut
The flying cutting unit performs continuous cutting without stopping the roll forming process. It synchronizes with line speed, moving together with the profile to achieve relative static cutting. Dedicated cutting molds for uprights and Z beams ensure clean edges and accurate lengths at high speed.
