High-speed flying hydraulic cut
The flying hydraulic cutting unit performs continuous profile cutting without stopping the roll forming machine. During cutting, the cutting carriage synchronizes with the profile speed, creating relative static movement to achieve accurate cutting and maintain high production efficiency.
