Function Of Machines
Decoiler
The decoiler unwinds the steel coil and continuously supplies strip material to the forming section. Its capacity and expansion range are selected according to coil weight, width, and material specifications.
Guiding System
The guiding system aligns the incoming strip before forming, helping maintain consistent material positioning and reducing lateral deviation. Accurate guiding is important for stable rib formation and dimensional consistency.
♦ Strut Channel Roll Forming Machine
The wall-panel roll forming machine uses a chain-driven transmission system to progressively shape the strip into the required ribbed strut channel profile. The forming stands are configured according to the profile drawing and material properties.
♦ Hydraulic Punching Machine
The hydraulic punching unit is integrated with the forming machine and performs post-forming punching. It is designed for bottom holes only. The forming line stops during punching to prevent profile movement and maintain hole-position accuracy.
♦ Hydraulic Cut
The hydraulic cut-out table uses stop-to-cut operation to separate finished strut channels after forming. The roll forming section pauses during cutting, keeping the profile stationary and helping maintain the required cutting length.
