Profile Information
Strut channels are structural metal framing profiles used to support pipes, cables, electrical equipment, solar components, and mechanical installations. Their slotted or punched design enables flexible fastening and adjustable connections.
Commonly produced from galvanized or pre-galvanized steel, strut channels are widely used in construction and MEP projects across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. A dedicated strut channel roll forming machine forms the profile continuously to maintain dimensional consistency.

Production Line
This high-efficiency strut channel roll forming machine is designed for continuous production of punched strut channels. Flying punching and flying hydraulic cutting keep the profile moving during processing, while the double-head decoiler reduces coil-change downtime for demanding production schedules.

Prior to shipment, every Goalon roll forming machine undergoes strict trial testing. Below is the live footage of our roll forming production line under continuous operation.
Why Choose This Roll Forming Production Line
✅ Continuous Punching & Forming
Flying punching keeps forming running during hole production, avoiding repeated stops and improving usable production time.
✅ Non-Stop Hydraulic Cutting
The flying cutter matches profile speed during cutting, maintaining continuous forming and consistent cut lengths without stopping the line.
✅ Faster Coil Changeover
The double-head decoiler prepares a second coil in advance, reducing waiting time when the running coil is depleted.

Function Of Machines
♦ Double-Head Decoiler
The double-head decoiler holds two steel coils, allowing the operator to prepare the next coil while the current coil is running out. This shortens coil-change time and helps maintain a more continuous production schedule.
Guide
The guiding system centers the strip before leveling and forming. Accurate strip alignment helps prevent lateral deviation, reducing the risk of profile distortion and supporting consistent dimensions throughout the strut channel roll forming machine.
Leveler
The leveler removes coil-set and residual strip curvature before forming. A flatter strip enters the forming section with improved stability, helping the **strut channel roll forming machine** produce straighter profiles with more consistent forming quality.
♦ Roll Forming Machine
The roll forming machine uses cast-iron stands and a gear-driven transmission to progressively form the steel strip into the required strut channel profile. The rigid structure supports stable forming and accurate profile geometry during continuous production.
♦ Flying Hydraulic Punch
The integrated flying hydraulic punch performs holes or slots while the profile continues moving through the forming section. The punching unit synchronizes its movement with the line speed, avoiding unnecessary forming stops and improving production continuity.
♦ Flying Hydraulic Cut
The flying hydraulic cut separates finished strut channels without stopping the roll forming process. During cutting, the unit travels at the same speed as the profile, creating relative movement close to zero and helping maintain accurate cut lengths.
