Function Of Machines
Decoiler & Leveler
The decoiler and leveler continuously unwind the steel coil and correct material flatness before punching. This helps provide stable strip feeding, reducing material deviation and improving dimensional consistency throughout the strut channel roll forming machine.

The punch press creates the required holes or slots before forming, allowing accurate positioning according to the customer’s profile drawing. Its robust punching capacity makes the line suitable for customers who place high importance on hole accuracy and repeatability.
Guiding
The guiding system keeps the punched strip correctly aligned before entering the forming section. Proper strip positioning helps prevent lateral deviation, protects the forming tooling, and supports consistent profile geometry during continuous production.
