Function Of Machines

♦ Double-Head Decoiler
The double-head decoiler holds two steel coils, allowing the operator to prepare the next coil while the current coil is running out. This shortens coil-change time and helps maintain a more continuous production schedule.
Guide
The guiding system centers the strip before leveling and forming. Accurate strip alignment helps prevent lateral deviation, reducing the risk of profile distortion and supporting consistent dimensions throughout the strut channel roll forming machine.
Nivelador
