Leveler
The leveling unit (upper 3, lower 4 rollers) removes coil stress and improves flatness before forming. It ensures consistent feeding and profile accuracy. Compared to simpler leveling systems, this configuration delivers better performance for thicker materials and high-precision applications.
Pre-cut
Pre-cutting trims the coil before roll forming, reducing material waste and enabling flexible length control. It is especially useful for short production runs or varying beam lengths without stopping the line.
Roll Forming Machine
This roll forming machine uses a cast-iron stand for rigidity and chain transmission for stable power delivery. With automatic width adjustment, it allows fast size changes for different box beam specifications. Flying Hydraulic Cut
The tracking cutting system performs continuous cutting without stopping the line, synchronizing with forming speed.
It significantly increases production efficiency and ensures precise length accuracy, especially for high-output production.
Transfer Platform
The transfer platform flips one formed C profile and aligns it with another, ensuring precise positioning before seaming. It guarantees correct orientation and tight matching, which is critical for achieving consistent interlocking quality and reducing assembly errors.
Seaming Machine
The seaming machine uses a gearbox-driven structure to tightly interlock two C profiles into a closed box beam. Its dual-side automatic adjustment ensures consistent seam quality across different sizes, improving structural strength and production efficiency.
Safety Designs
Chain covers are installed to protect operators and extend chain service life. Full-machine mesh covers (slidable) provide visibility with safety. Flip-type covers ensure convenient access with enhanced protection.
Safety signs are applied to continuously alert operators.
PLC Control Cabinet & Encoder
In a cold roll forming line, the encoder works with the PLC to provide real-time feedback on material position and speed, ensuring precise feed, synchronized forming, and accurate length control for cutting and punching.
Production speed, product length, and quantity can be set on the control cabinet. The display language can be customized according to customer requirements.
Other Customization Details
The machine comes standard with a blue main color and orange accents. Other colors can be customized free of charge.
