Function Of Machines
Hydraulic Decoiler And Leveling Machine
The hydraulic decoiler and leveling integrated machine saves factory space while improving feeding stability between decoiling and leveling processes. It efficiently releases steel coils and removes material stress before punching and forming. Compared with separated machines, the integrated structure offers easier installation and lower investment cost. Hydraulic expansion, coil pressing arm, and higher-capacity configurations are also available.

The servo feeder accurately delivers steel strip length to ensure precise punching positions for rack upright hole patterns. The punch press performs continuous slotting and hole punching for beam connection and assembly requirements. High punching precision directly affects rack installation quality and interchangeability. Hydraulic punching or independent punching stations are also available for customized production demands.

The roll forming machine adopts heavy-duty cast-iron frame construction with gearbox transmission for stable operation when processing thick steel materials. Automatic size adjustment allows flexible production of different upright specifications while maintaining forming accuracy, profile straightness, and long-term machine durability.
Hydraulic cut
This line adopts a stop-to-cut hydraulic cutting system. During cutting, the roll forming machine temporarily stops to prevent profile movement and improve cutting accuracy. The universal cutting design allows different fence post sizes to share one cutting mold, reducing tooling cost and adjustment time. The hydraulic cutter can also create customized arc-end cutting shapes. For customers requiring higher production speed, customized non-stop cutting solutions are available.
