Function Of Machines
Manual Decoiler
The manual decoiler supports coil loading and controlled material unwinding before forming. Its simple structure keeps equipment cost low and suits customers with moderate production volumes or budget-conscious projects.
Accompagnement
The guiding system centers the strip before leveling and forming. Proper alignment helps prevent material deviation, edge deformation, and profile dimensional variation during continuous production.
Niveleur
The leveler removes coil-set and strip deformation before forming. Integrated with the forming machine, it provides a more compact layout while improving material flatness and forming stability.

The wall-panel structure provides a rigid forming base, while the chain-driven system transfers power through the forming stands. This configuration supports stable continuous forming of strut channel profiles at practical production speeds.

With 76 mm solid shafts, GCr15 rollers, hydraulic stop-to-punch and stop-to-cut systems, Siemens PLC control, and approximately 40 kW total power, the 20-ton line requires only 1–2 operators.
