Function Of Machines

Decoiler & Leveler

The decoiler and leveler continuously unwind the steel coil and correct material flatness before punching. This helps provide stable strip feeding, reducing material deviation and improving dimensional consistency throughout the machine de profilage pour profilés en U.

The punch press creates the required holes or slots before forming, allowing accurate positioning according to the customer’s profile drawing. Its robust punching capacity makes the line suitable for customers who place high importance on hole accuracy and repeatability.

Accompagnement

The guiding system keeps the punched strip correctly aligned before entering the forming section. Proper strip positioning helps prevent lateral deviation, protects the forming tooling, and supports consistent profile geometry during continuous production.

The roll forming section progressively bends the punched strip into the required strut channel profile. Cast-iron stands and a gearbox driving system provide rigid support and stable power transmission for consistent forming performance.

The hydraulic cut-out table cuts the formed strut channel to the programmed length. This version uses stop-to-cut operation, where forming pauses during cutting to prevent profile movement and maintain reliable cutting accuracy.
